Precision CNC machining, from prototype to production.

Factory-direct 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling, turning, and mill-turn machining for complex metal and plastic parts, backed by DFM review and dimensional inspection.

CNC processes for prismatic, contoured, and turned parts

3- & 4-Axis CNC Milling

A practical choice for prismatic parts with pockets, slots, holes, planar features, and indexed side details. High-speed machining and planned workholding support repeatable dimensions across prototypes and production batches.

Simultaneous 5-Axis CNC Milling

Continuous multi-axis motion reaches compound angles, undercuts, and contoured surfaces with fewer setups. Reduced repositioning helps maintain feature relationships and surface continuity on complex parts.

CNC Turning & Mill-Turn

Turning centers produce concentric diameters, bores, grooves, and threads, while live tooling adds milled flats, holes, and off-axis features in the same setup.

Inspection Built Into Production

Inspection planning follows the drawing and the function of the part. CMM, optical, and conventional metrology are used to verify critical features before shipment.

  • FAI and dimensional reports available
  • Material certificates and CoC available

Capacity From One Part to 10,000+

In-house multi-axis capacity supports one-off prototypes, bridge quantities, and repeat production without changing manufacturing partners as demand grows.

  • Prototype parts shipped in as fast as 3 days
  • Batch planning for repeatable production orders

Defined capabilities for predictable results.

General tolerances follow ISO 2768-m unless otherwise agreed. Drawing-defined critical dimensions, datums, threads, surface finish, and inspection requirements are reviewed during quoting and carried into the manufacturing plan.

CNC machining questions, answered

General tolerances are typically ±0.05 to ±0.10 mm and follow ISO 2768-m unless otherwise agreed. Drawing-defined critical dimensions can be held to ±0.01 mm after review of material, feature geometry, part size, and inspection access. Mark all critical tolerances, datums, and GD&T requirements on the 2D drawing.
