Industrial 3D printing, rapid tooling, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication were added to support more of the product development cycle within one manufacturing organization.

ApexProto achieved ISO 9001 certification and expanded its metrology capability with CMM, optical measurement, surface roughness testing, and XRF alloy verification. Inspection planning, material records, and traceability became integrated parts of production.

Today, ApexProto coordinates CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, finishing, inspection, and global delivery for one-off parts, bridge quantities, and repeat production programs.

We review geometry, material, tolerance, finish, quantity, inspection, and target date before release. The goal is to identify manufacturing risk early and make tradeoffs around cost, lead time, and part performance clear.

Project updates reflect the requirements, decisions, and production status of the job—not generic sales milestones. Technical questions are routed to the engineers and specialists responsible for the selected process.

Drawing requirements are translated into inspection criteria, material records, and release checks. CMM, optical, and conventional metrology are applied according to the agreed quality plan, with documented results available when required.
Since 2015, ApexProto has expanded its equipment, technical team, and quality systems to support projects from single prototypes to repeat production. These figures reflect the in-house resources and delivered work behind that growth.
Quotes account for material, setup, process, inspection, finishing, and quantity within the same organization that will manufacture the parts, reducing broker layers and making cost drivers easier to discuss.
Technical questions reach the people planning toolpaths, workholding, molds, build orientation, forming, finishing, and inspection, so DFM decisions stay connected to production.
Engineering, scheduling, production, inspection, and shipping are coordinated within one team. If a manufacturing risk or nonconformance appears, ownership and communication remain with ApexProto through resolution.
